What does it mean to get bit by a dog in the in a dream?

Last night I had a crazy dream I was in this house and I opened the door and a dog on the chain came running and bit me on the but on the pants then I got away and then he got me again this time it drew blood, people in my dream were saying go to the hospital later.. blah blah later on in the dream I had another dog a littler dog bit me on the leg and I couldnt get him off this is ridiculous in real life I got bit in the face by dog about 3 months ago and my wounds are still healing do you think this has something to do with it?
