60 gallon tank-Guinea pig?

I have a huge 60+ gallon fish tank. I was wondering, If I line it with fleece and put in hidy houses and chews and stuff and put no lid on it if itd be okay for two guinea pigs? Its so big I cant imagine them not loving it! Im just worried they wont have air! What do you think?
