Ereader Help with putting books on?

i was just wounding how would i download E book to my E reader with the Nebraska overdrive Libraries i have a Pandigital Novel Personal E reader and i was just wounding how would i put books from my city Library on my E reader Please give me step by step if anyone knows the answer please and thanks u.
