Are TOMS Botas for winter?

I'm planning on buying some TOMS, and I like the look of Botas. However, I saw that people talk about how they hold up in snow, and after seeing some that were fleece-lined and such, I began to wonder if they're primarily for winter or colder weather. They just looked kind of like regular shoes to me, but would they be uncomfortable for summer-wear? Thanks!
