Are people retarded? Why no birth control?

Sex was designed for reproduction. If you have unprotected , chances are you're going to get pregnant. There are many forms of birth control, and no the woman is not solely responsible for getting pregnant. People fail to use birth control because they are too hooked on how it feels with out condoms or they are too embarred to run to the store and purchase condoms. In some places, you can even get them for free. If you guy doesn't have condoms, the the girl should also carry some. Better safe than sorry.
