Should i see a doctor??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!??!!…

So i woke up this morning and as i was changing clothes i triped and my (pardon the language) my ball sac caught a nail on the wall and tore open pretty wide, there are a few veins hanging out and the pain the first hour was so bad i ped out a few times, i had my room mate put salt on it to clean the wounds and found myself ping out again :/ so i dont have health insurance and i decided to stick it out, well about a hour ago me and girlfriend started having and when it came time to it just fell out of my new hole ! O_o im so scared she thought it would be funny to put her toung in it and i thought i was dieing should i just suck it up and go?? advice PLEASE!
