Hay bedding how often should I clean?

Hi, I have decided to make the switch from fleece bedding to timothy hay for my guinea pigs. I spot clean the spots they pee in, and where the water bottle leaks (WHY DO THEY LEAK SO BAD?!) so there is no mold, I have little tiles that you see in a home bathroom underneath SO NICE TO CLEAN XD. but if I spot clean it how often should I be cleaning it everyday?
