American Citizens of Indian Origins' Home ownership Trust?

When we are gone, why should it matter who gets it? If our chlidren are not interested because they too live abroad, what difference will it make? Instead of worrying about that, it may be a better idea to write out a will, wherein you state that after you it should be sold and the money given to a bona fide, needy, charitable institution, and keep the will in the care of those you trust most within the country. Now hypothetically if it does fall into "wrong" hands, so be it. You won't be there to mourn it. Like the Geeta says, shed your attachment to wordly things, and you will know peace. There's no end to hanging on. . . .AG
