Can an HIV virus survive in a bottle of isopropyl alcohol?

For example, you put a small amount of blood containing an HIV virus on a 150ml bottle of an isopropyl alcohol, will the virus get killed and if so, can the alcohol that was used can still be used for open wounds or on hands.
