How to treat wounds on feet?

So I walked for a few miles in flip flops in the woods (bad idea), and the part that goes between my toes ended up rubbing the skin clean off my second toes on both feet, close to where the toe joins the foot. I've tried to put bandaids on them, but they HURT. How can I treat them?
