I want to be a surgeon, but I don't know if i can reach this?

I'm terribly affraid of big wounds and knifes bodies or blood. Now is my question is it still possible for me to get over my fears now that im 15 or wont i be able to be a surgeon?:( and what are ways to get over my fears?
