Is Obama rewarding his big oil buddies while Americans are getting fleeced on gasoline?

Obama is raking in the tax revenue collected on oil sales. He's going to fleece this country by hook or by crook. Which is why he has been instrumental in blocking every single initiative in this country to help make us independent of foreign oil.
