Uh why don't you just use carefresh/aspen. What exactly is the point of lining the whole cage with fleece? Most people use fleece when their pets are litter trained, so they don't have to use anything else. If you are already planning on using shavings, you don't need fleece. It's just more cleaning, and more stress. Chinchillas are aggressive chewers, and will shred any cloth in their cage. The fleece will not last long at all.
