My chicken was attacked by a dog, need HELP!!?

There don't seem to be any external wounds besides some loose feathers but she is lying around and won't stand. She seem alert. When I feel around it doesn't feel like anything is broken and she does not react. She will only take a little water and a little cornmeal mush but not enough. Suggestions?
