Home remedies for eczema? Really inexpensive cleansers and moisturizers?

Hydrocortisone cream! This is excellent for eczema and/or really nasty spots. Works for me every time. Should be able to get it at a pharmacy. It shouldn't be too expensive although you may need to go to the doctors to make sure you are doing the right thing (if you can't you could ask the pharmacist for advice). Some things can make eczema worse so you may need to be careful. :)
