Will my E-machine w4885 32 bit Intel Pentium 4 cpu 2.8 ghz support the video card listed in details?

Hello I am wondering if my PC will support a EVGA 512-P1-N402-LR GeForce 6200 512MB 64-bit DDR2 PCI 2.1 Video Card I placed the order on newegg 2 days ago, i did some research and found that PCI 2.1 should work in PCI bus, My main concern is the 32 bit OS and the 64 video output ? any help is appreciated.
