Bedding Fluff for nesting for Rats?

I am planning on buying two rats (I have researched my little heart out for a couple weeks now) and I have decided to use a fleece blanket for their cage's bedding (for money efficiency and easy cleaning) however, they also need a nesting supply. Would Bedding Fluff be alright or is there something specific I should think about using?
