How many of used vetericyn wound spray?

What were your results and what type of wounds did you treat? Do you recommend it? I have a 5yr old TB mare that is 30 days pregnant. She went through a fence and got tore up pretty badly across her chest and upper forearms. I didn't find it until 24 hrs after the fact and she's so swollen that stitches would never hold.
