What kind of car can I get?

Look I have a few thousand dollars in my pockets. I want a new car but don't really know what to get. I don't want anything American because personally that all I see in my town. I want something that is fun to drive. I DO NOT want an automatic at all what so ever. I will be putting money into the car so please only list something that's under Seven Grand. Thank you.
