I am trying to get into physician istant school and i need some help?

i am a senior in college i graduate in december. it is really imp for me to go to CNA school before i apply? i thought volunteering at a hospital was good enough. i have a 3.2 GPA, im an honors student, i'm on the deans list, but i lack hands on experience. where can i get it from, without paying? if someone can give me some pointers on what i should be doing. i would greatly appreciate it. i feel so lost.
