Could you tell me what my dream means?

I had a dream that my stomach and chest were hurting so I lifted up my shirt to see if I had a bruise there. When I did (this is a little disgusting) I had all of these open wounds in my stomach and chest and you could see some of my organs. It was extremely bloody and graphic and it really freaked me out - in the dream and when I woke up.
