Orange liquid appendectomy... what is it?

last thursday i got a laproscopic appendectomy... yesterday i had a follow up with my doctor and he took off the bandages and cleaned the wounds and placed more tape on them... since then i have had this orange like liquid has been coming out of the wound its not much but idk what it is... if anyone knows please help me out thanks
